Old British romance about two people who unexpectedly meet and fall in love.

very interesting to see a prototype, or at least an old precursor, to various movies such as Falling In Love with Meryl Streep & Robert De Niro. i absolutely loved this film. aside from the hardcore romance, i loved the up close and personal narration from the viewpoint of the main character. it's not all about fantasy. i never seem to have tissues nearby when i need them! going on my favorites of all time.
